Beautiful, beautiful hotel with lovely facilities.

The noise from the road was unbearable during our stay. We had to ask for room changes due to the constant disturbance from motorcycles. the long walk from the garage to the lobby was frustrating, especially with children.

Unexpected family fun by the pool

The staff was exceptionally friendly, making us feel at home. We enjoyed themed dinner nights, which catered well to our fussy kids and offered fresh and healthy options. The outdoor pools provided various lounging spots—a great place to unwind while the kids splashed around.

Unfortunately, our allocated room was right above a noisy garage door and bar, making it hard for our young child to sleep. the resort seemed more suited for couples, and the quiet atmosphere was not ideal for our children’s playful antics.

Great pools and friendly staff, but the breakfast area was too crowded for comfort.

our stay at portobay was lovely! the complex had a cozy vibe, with beautiful gardens and plenty of relaxing spots. we enjoyed the great breakfast selection and the themed dinners were a hit with the kids. plus, the indoor pool was perfect for playful moments. it’s just a short walk to a well-sorted food store.

The beautifully landscaped subtropical gardens created a serene atmosphere, perfect for leisurely strolls. The accessible layout of the hotel made it easy for me to navigate, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout my stay.

The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring fresh fruits and pastries that set a lovely tone for the day. we did find some of the evening entertainment a bit loud at times, which could disrupt the peaceful atmosphere.

Although the entertainment can be a bit lively for quiet nights, there are plenty of peaceful lounging spaces around the pools and gardens. the convenient location provided easy access to local attractions, but the parking situation can become crowded during peak times.

Our experience was pure bliss! We stayed in a spacious studio with a massive terrace overlooking lush gardens, complete with comfortable loungers. Breakfast at the Atlantida restaurant was a delight, showcasing an impressive buffet selection of fresh fruits and pastries to kickstart our day.
